20 hours of silence…. A small snippet or insight into how isolated many people feel when they battle mental health challenges. Doesn't sound like a long time but I believe this will be an enriching experience for all involved… 😊Why you might ask? Well I think that whilst there has been more focus on the importance on mental health matters in the recent years, I still see and experience a lot of stigma associated with it. Bringing to light 💡 , creating safe spaces 🌌 and sharing tools 🔧 to help others tackle mental health challenges is a win-win 🏆 situation to me.
