Ā Doesn't sound like a long time but I believe this will be an enriching experience for all involvedā¦ šWhy you might ask? Well I think that whilst there has been more focus on the importance on mental health matters in the recent years, I still see and experience a lot of stigma associated with it. Bringing to light š” , creating safe spaces š Ā and sharing tools š§ Ā to help others tackle mental health challenges is a win-win š Ā situation to me.Ā
