No going back now.... it's official. I am.a registered participant for the 20talk 2025No phones. No talking. Me, myself, and the uncomfortable but powerful quiet of self-reflection. For 20 hours, I will sit with what most of us spend a lifetime avoiding: own thoughts.
A Community Movement, Not Just a Charity Event.
I know f9r a lot of my friends 20hrs of peace amd quiet seems like the dream, but those of you who know me this will be a challenge. But for a good cause im.up for it.
MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
I am no stranger to the struggles of mental health. I am lucky to have a community of supportive friends and family around me who have been the light on my dark journey.Too many times we hide away, scared of what others might think.
The idea of 20 hours alone with my thoughts absolutely terrifies me. But for those of you that know me, I love a challenge. Please please please support me in a cause that is close to my heart and close to those in my life who deal with the ramifications everyday.
