My Why
20 Hour Challenge for Youth Mental Health – My Why 💚
On December 6th, I’ll be taking part in the 20 Hour Challenge to help raise money and awareness for youth mental health.
Mental health is something that touches everyone — whether it’s a friend, a family member, or even ourselves. Too many young people struggle in silence, and the funds raised through this challenge go directly toward programs that provide support, education, and hope for our youth.
For 20 hours, I’ll be stepping out of my comfort zone and dedicating my time and energy to this cause. It’s not just about the hours — it’s about showing that even small actions, when done with heart, can make a big difference. 💪
Every dollar raised helps create more opportunities for early intervention, mental health education, and vital services that can literally save lives. Together, we can help make it easier for young people to speak up, get help, and feel supported.
If you’re able to, please consider donating — even a gold coin can help! And if you can’t donate, sharing my page and spreading the word means just as much.
Let’s do this together — for a brighter, kinder, and more understanding world for our youth. 💙
Thank you for your support,
Lana May Shephard
