My WHY
I remember dealing with depression when I was younger. I was ashamed to talk about it and ask for help and support. Because I have tried to once or twice and I was told "it's all in your head" or "you need more hobbies"No one understood and I agree, back then there was nothing to help people understand mental health.
Now it's more common especially since COVID.
I want to help younger people know that they're not alone, they don't have anything to be ashamed of and support is available.
I now have an amazing support system and I've also learnt about my triggers and how to handle them. And my support system knows it.

Hey everyone.Almost everyone we know is dealing with mental health or has been affected by mental health, myself included. I know how hard it is to get out of the black hole.
Let's all work together to ensure we are giving the support that's needed to assist those who are not fortunate enough to have support systems in place.
