Silence for those that haven’t had a voice.

This year, I am proud to support 20talk, an incredible charity dedicated to improving youth mental health by creating safe, supportive spaces for young people navigating life’s tough moments. 

Their work funds programs, workshops, and resources that empower young people to open up, reach out, and find their spark again. Ideally raising.

I am passionate about supporting our youth and managing an aerial studio has really highlighted how much of an impact we can have on our little ones. At our studio, we believe in more than just teaching aerial skills, we believe in community, resilience, and lifting each other up. That’s why I’m rallying together to raise as much as we can for 20talk. Every dollar makes a difference, helping to fund vital support services for the next generation. My part? I’ll be spending 20 hours in silence, confined to a 2x2 meter square. No entertainment. No technology. No distractions. This is to represent the isolation and silence that people who struggle with mental health experience.

It’s going to be tough. But every hour I sit in silence, I’ll be doing it for someone else: 20 hours for 20 young lives.

My goal was originally $100, but I now was inspired by some one to raise $4,000, enough to put 20 young adults (aged 18–30) through 20 Talks one-day Mental Health Maintenance course. Each $200 donation funds one place in this course, giving someone practical tools to handle life’s challenges with strength and clarity and understanding support. Please give generously❤️
