As an individual I love connection, compassion and community. I’m honoured to be a part of 20 Hours for 20 Talk and be a part something that can help make a difference no matter how big or small.

Mental health difficulties and supporting those around us with mental health issues has been something unfortunately so many of us are familiar with. Mental health support and tools is something we should all have access to, so I’m excited to be a part of this challenge to contribute to that goal for young people.
