I'm fundraising for 20Talk to support youth mental health.
Silence is harmful, but in this case, it is also powerful.
I’m participating in the 20 Hours for 20Talk challenge on September 6th 2025, where I’m in a 2 metre square on the floor at Claremont Showground in silence with a journal and self – reflection.
No talking and no technology.
My goal is to raise $1000. That money will go to 20Talk in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Young people in Australia suffer in silence, and by uniting many of us who are determined to bring change to the struggle of mental health will make a difference with tools and available resources for young people and show that you too can support others – even in silence.
