Supporting the mental wellbeing of young people = a must!
The 20Talk challenge is unique, scary, exciting and such a wonderful opportunity to raise money for youth mental health, something that is my ultimate purpose. When I first became a youth Mentor I remember how great it felt supporting the next generation, but also how much more work needs to be done to allow them to access the support they need. Now that I work with parent of teens as a parent coach I continue to see the challenges and changes possible with curious brains!If you have $5 for a coffee spare this week, please donate to this cause instead.
