20 hours of silence for Youth Mental Health
Greetings beautiful people,I am passionate about young people and mental health. I believe living truly well is an achievable goal for most of us and love investing in a future where the youth are taught how to do just that. I believe that most of the things young people struggle with can be addressed with proper support. I want to put my hand up to support youth mental health on an ongoing basis but most importantly on this 20 hours of silence event.
