It‘s Okay Not to be Okay!

Hi, I’m Nina.

I’ve struggled with my mental health — honestly, I still do. And while I know it may always be a part of my life, I can truly say that things have gotten better.

Back home, I felt stuck. I was unhappy in my job and unsure of the direction my life was heading. So, I made a change. I packed my bags and started travelling — doing things that feel right for me, things that bring me joy. That’s when I began to realise just how much I had been struggling before. I hadn’t even noticed the weight I was carrying until it started to lift.

What breaks my heart is how many people I know who are also struggling — and even more so, the ones I don’t know are. Too many people suffer in silence, forced to fight for help, often only receiving it when things have already gone too far. Whether it’s what some might call “small” struggles (though they never really are) or serious mental health challenges — every story matters.

That’s why I’m raising awareness and funds for mental health. Because no one should feel alone in what they’re going through.

Please help me shine a light on this important issue. Together, we can make a difference.
