20 hours silence for mental health (yes, I’m going to be silent for 20 hours), those who know me, will be aware that this will be no easy beat for me…however some humans in this world are unable to beat there mental health afflictions, so I’m going to beat my urge to talk, for 20 hours in honour of the importance of mental health awareness & just how hard it can be to maintain one’s self amongst the trial’s & tribulations life sometimes throws at us.
