Hi I'm Rachel and I am doing this to show that even with all my Mental Health diagnoses that I can still manage to sit for 20 hrs to support fellow mentally ill people and just write in a journal without technology. I am enthusiastic to complete the challenge and make people as a whole in society aware that just because you can't see mental illness it doesn't mean the person isn't suffering.
