The Challenge

Hi peeps I'm Rachel Louise, but you can call me Rachel. I've been suffering from mental health issues since I was a little girl(pre teens) and I believe that people and kids should be more aware of mental health issues and that it be a less taboo or stigmatised subject. A good healthy brain is critical for us as humans to function and I believe that through this challenge I will get to know myself more as well as after the challenge meet some interesting and kind-hearted souls. I'm very compassionate, fun loving, supportive and free spirited. I hope to also reach $1000 goal of fund-raising challenge as otherwise I won't be able to participate due to lack of funding.
