Why I’m Spending 20 Hours in Silence
I'm taking on the 20 Hours for 20Talk challenge—spending 20 hours in silence within a 2-meter square—to raise $1,000 for 20Talk, an Australian mental health charity dedicated to supporting young adults aged 18–30 . This initiative aims to fund 2,100 Mental Health Maintenance scholarships, providing essential tools and skills to empower young people on their mental health journey .
