20 For Talk
Hey Everyone, I’m excited to share that on the 6th of September I will be participating in 20Talk 20 Hours event.
This Event will see me sitting in a 2x2 metre square for 20Hours in silence with nothing but my swag, a water bottle, a journal and a chair. There will be no technology, no phones and no talking.
As part of this challenge, my goal is to raise $1000 towards 20Talk’s mission to empower young adults aged between 18-30 by intergrating essential mental health tools and skills into their lives.
It would be much appreciated if you could donate to this amazing event.
Mental health effects so many people, severe or mild but this strikes very close to home as somone who suffers with Anxiety myself for what feels like my whole life and who many people close to me also suffer with Mental illness I would like to make a change for my kids and generations to come.
