After one of the hardest years of my life, the importance of investing in my own mental health has become a huge priority to me.
Our mental health affects every part of who we are. How we think, feel, connect with others, and handle life’s big challenges.
I’ve seen and felt, firsthand how tough it can be when people struggle in silence, and I believe no one should ever feel alone or ashamed for not being okay.
Supporting mental health means creating space for open and safe conversations, early intervention, and compassionate care.
That’s why I’m proud to support 20talk, an organisation that empowers young people to speak up, seek help, and support each other.
Together, we can break the stigma and build a future where mental well-being is a priority for everyone.
