I've decided to have 2024 alcohol free. The reason for doing that was I wasn't happy with my life, I had no direction, no Self worth. I was just coasting through life hanging for the weekend to drink it away even though I would be drinking during the week also. At my worst I was probably drinking 5 nights a week. So I decided to have a year off. The thing I struggled the most from being sober was the inner thoughts. I did alot in 2024, gym, mens retreats, yoga, challenge after challenge and when the year was coming to an end I realised i was happier off the drink. So I decided to keep it going, there is still no plan on when or if I'll drink again. Come 2025 I still struggled with the thoughts, but through alot of inner work I am alot better with it. There are still struggles but I realise them alot sooner and now have tools to help with them. So when i saw this pop up I knew I had to be apart of it.
