20 Hours for 20 Talk
Hi! My name is Stella and I’ve decided to be a part of the 20 hour challenge with 20 talk. I have my own personal experience with mental health, as well as witnessing friends and loved ones struggling as well and believe this to be a great cause, making huge steps in the right direction to improve mental health support. I will be sitting in a 2 meter square for 20 hours with nothing but my thoughts, a journal and a swag. I believe this is a great opportunity to draw awareness to a larger issue!
