For 20 hours, I’ll sit in silence inside a 2x2m square — no phone, no books, no distractions. Just myself, a journal, and my thoughts! Some of you probably wish this was a permanent arrangement!!

20 Hours for 20 Talk is about raising awareness and funds for youth suicide prevention. Too many young people suffer in silence; this challenge is my way of helping start conversations and supporting life-saving work.
