Sunga is taking on the 20-hour challenge to support youth mental health and raise awareness about the importance of prevention.

Why even bother?

It’s hard to put into words. But when you’ve been in close proximity to suicide, everything changes. The way you see the world shifts. The “why” turns into a “how.”

How can this be prevented? What can I do to help? Can it even be stopped?

While the answers aren’t always clear, one thing is—mental health matters. That’s why I’m taking part in this fundraiser. To raise awareness, to support those who are struggling, and to remind people that they’re not alone.
