My Why!
For 20 hours, I’ll be silent inside a 2x2m box—because that’s what mental ill-health can feel like: isolating, invisible, and hard to escape.
For many young people, especially in regional areas, asking for help isn’t easy. Services are limited. Stigma is real. And too often, silence wins.
I’m doing this to raise awareness, to start conversations, and to show that no one should have to suffer alone.
