In Stillness Comes Strength
This isn’t your usual fundraiser — and that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
Have you ever felt alone in a crowded room, even with friends?
Hiding behind a smile, a hidden battle that you think no one will understand.
The heaviness, the brain fog, the anxiety, the fatigue.
Feeling like nothing you do is good enough, like it's not worth it anymore.
This is how a young person facing a mental health challenge feels every day - and no one should have to face this alone.
Suicide still remains the leading cause of death for young people aged 15-44. That’s why I’m raising money for an organization that delivers practical, life-changing mental health programs for young people.
My part? I’ll be spending 20 hours in silence, confined to a 2x2 meter square.
No entertainment. No technology. No distractions. Nowhere to go.
Just a pen, a journal and my thoughts.
No option but to go inward — and sit with the silence.
It’s going to be tough. But every hour I sit in silence, I’ll be doing it for someone else.
My goal is to raise $1,000 and I know I will smash this with your help. I will also be donating $5 from every journal sale throughout June, July and August - from my business inward journal co.
