Hello beautiful people

I can’t run a marathon but I feel this will be as hard for me.

In my meditation thoughts, no screens or phone, no talking for 20 hours and to be honest a lot of reflection which I haven’t been able to do, only chaos and this hasn’t helped me silent my thoughts.

It’s no secret I have lost souls in my life and struggled mentally but working on myself constantly helps me be a better person. So the struggles are real and deep and it’s time to raise awareness so for myself to have the silence, yoga, journal and my thoughts to answer some questions in my heart and my head in a safe place.
