WOW! I have been completely overwhelmed with all of the support that I have received for this.

I never imagined that I could reach my initial fundraising goal of $1000 so quickly, or even at all but here we are with over 2 months still to go!

Why am I doing this?

Having been diagnosed with anxiety and depression at just 12 years old, mental health awareness is something close to my heart.

I have spent most of my life battling my own brain, resulting in many comorbidities including issues around food, addiction, alcohol, self-harm, suicidal ideation and more. I have also lost friends and family to mental illness.

Spending 20 hours with my thoughts and no other distraction is a terrifying thought but no more terrifying than the epidemic of loss due to ill mental health.

Please help me to reach my fundraising goal and it will make every minute of 1200 feel worth it!
