20 Hours of Silence — For Youth Mental Health
On 6th September, I’m taking on the 20 Hours for 20 Talk Challenge: 20 hours of complete silence — no phone, no books, no distractions — just me and my thoughts.
But this isn’t just a personal challenge. I’m doing it to raise funds and awareness for youth mental health — to support young people who are facing their own silent struggles every day.
In a noisy world, it’s easy to overlook the importance of mental wellbeing, especially for our youth. This challenge is a small gesture to honour the strength it takes to sit with difficult emotions — and to remind us all how vital it is to support one another.
