My family is having a good laugh at the idea of me staying silent for 20 hours… and in a 2x2 metre space, no less!

But behind the challenge is a cause that means a great deal to me — one that touches so many lives, including my own. Mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more. Sadly, many people continue to suffer in silence, feeling isolated and unseen.

That’s why I’m doing this — to raise awareness, spark conversations, and help break the stigma. No one should ever feel like they have to go through it alone. If this small act of silence can help bring a little more light to the issue, then it’s more than worth it.
