20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
Hello everyone!This September I am joining 399 others to sit in silence for 20 hours to raise funds for 20Talk to help them continue their important work in mental health education.
I’m looking forward to sharing the space with others in this challenge and raising some money to support mental wellbeing education!
