Yeah, let that sink in. 😂

Anyone who knows me knows this might actually be the hardest challenge I've ever signed up for.

But in all seriousness...

On 6 September, I'm taking part in 20 Hours of Silence to raise money and awareness for youth mental health.

I spend a lot of my life listening to people's stories. The pain they carry. The battles they fight behind closed doors. And one thing I've learnt is that too many young people are struggling in silence, feeling like no one sees them or hears them.

So if me shutting up for 20 hours gets a few conversations happening and raises some money to support young people, then I'll happily zip it. Well... I'll do my bloody best anyway. 😂
