Silence with an impact !

In September, I'll be sitting in complete silence for 20 hours to raise funds and awareness for youth mental health.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I've seen first hand the impact that mental health struggles can have on young people, and I know we need more support, education, early intervention, and access to care.

Twenty hours of silence won't be easy. It will test my endurance, challenge my mindset, and push me well outside my comfort zone - but it's nothing compared to what so many young Australians face every single day.

Every dollar raised will help fund preventative mental health programs, courses, and scholarships across universities and TAFEs, giving young people the tools and support they need before they reach crisis point.

Together, we can help change the conversation around mental health for our sons, daughters, and the next generation of Australians.
