What is the 20Talk Challenge?
The challenge is to spend 20 hours inside a 2 metre square box with:
No talking
No technology
Just a chair, a swag, a journal, and your own thoughts
For 20 hours, participants completely disconnect from technology, conversation and everyday distractions.
The challenge takes place alongside other participants, all completing the same 20 hours in silence.
