Soooooo I've done a thing 🫣 that I've wanted to do for a few years now, but wasnt in the best place 😔 mentally to fully commit! However for me now is the exact right time for me to challenge my little self whilst also making a huge impact on hopefully raising as much as I can to help this amazing charity!
On Saturday, September 5th 2026, I’ll be taking on the 20-Hour Challenge with 20Talk, a charity that supports youth mental health. For 20 hours, I’ll sit in a 2 metre square box with only a chair, swag, journal and a pen. No phone. No talking. Just silence.
Why? Over the past few years (actually probably my whole life) I've been living on high alert, in fight or flight mode due to many a reason 🤓 and I was over how this was impacting my life daily.
So I decided to start my own (mammouth)personal healing journey, which will be a life long journey 💫
But through the hardest of times, I've truly learnt to understand the true importance of solitude and slowing down, I’ve learned how to sit with discomfort, and create space to truly listen to myself.
I’m doing this to challenge my little self, as we all know ME, talking 👄 is something that I cant help but do all the time 😅 and to stay put in a square box well.... blow me down this is going to be a challenge and a half, but if I can help raise money for a charity that is doing amazing work, that also is close to my heart ❤️ after having lost many friends to suicide 😞 then im up for it 😎
