Why I am participating in 20hours
My name is Avery. I'm 25 years old, and in September I will be participating in 20hours.I chose to do this as someone who has grown up in Australia and suffered from mental health problems for a long time. I didn't get easy access to good mental health support, and I think it is something that should be changed. Everyone should feel supported when they are feeling not okay. It shouldn't be shameful to experience emotions or to ask for help.
