20 hours of silence
I've signed up for the 20 Hours of Silence challenge to support youth mental health.
It's easy to forget how many people around us are carrying things we can't see. Mental health challenges don't always look the way we expect, and sometimes the people who seem okay are the ones struggling the most.
For 20 hours, I'll be staying silent to raise awareness and funds for a cause that helps young people get the support they need.
If you'd like to donate, I'd really appreciate it. If not, I hope this serves as a reminder to check in on the people around you.
You never know what someone might be going through.
Thank you for your support.
20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
There was a time in my life when I was in a very dark place, and I genuinely believed I was the only person who felt the way I did. When you're struggling, it's easy to feel isolated, unseen, and convinced that no one could possibly understand what you're going through.
As life became brighter, I realised I wasn't alone. So many people experience challenges with their mental health, often silently. No matter how big or small those struggles may seem, everyone deserves support, understanding, and the reminder that they don't have to face them alone.
That's why I'm taking part in 20 Hours of Silence for youth mental health. By giving up my voice for 20 hours, I'm helping raise awareness and funds to support young people who may be struggling in silence. Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a difference.
Thank you for supporting this cause and helping young people feel heard, valued, and supported.
