20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
I spend my life trying to help others, whether that’s supporting children and families through my work, serving my community as a firefighter, or pushing myself through injury and adversity to keep showing up for the people around me.
Now I’m taking on the 20 Hours for 20Talk challenge: 20 hours in silence, isolated from technology, distractions, and conversation. Just a chair, a journal, my thoughts, and time to reflect.
Mental health struggles are often silent battles. This challenge is a reminder of how heavy isolation can feel, especially for young people doing it tough every day. If this experience starts conversations, raises awareness, or helps even one person feel less alone, then every hour will be worth it.
I’d love your support as I take this on and help raise funds for youth mental health.
