20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

I’ve decided to participate in the 20 Hours for 20Talk Challenge to raise money for preventative mental health care for young adults, which is a cause very close to my little heart ❤️
I’ll have to sit quietly with no talking or tech or distractions with 400 people for 20 hours with only a few essentials.. for those who know me well, silence for almost a whole day is heaven to me, but that’s not the point!
All donations go toward 20Talk’s relatable prevention campaigns - helping to reduce the rates of mental health and suicide among young people which is a leading cause of death for 15-49 year olds in Aus
