20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
For those of you that know me - you will know that I have had my fair share of Mental Health struggles... and for those of you that know me really well...... You will know that I am not a quiet person and am always talking or laughing.... I don't know how to shut up!I first heard about 20Talk a few months ago when my amazing Nephew put up that he was doing this challenge.
It blew me away that he was taking part. And I knew from that moment that I needed this challenge. I needed this challenge not just to raise money for something that hits so close to my heart but because through this year of growth and change I know that taking the time out for myself and focusing on where my head is truly at, without the distraction of technology, kids.............. and housework... Is something I needed to do.
