20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

Why I am sitting in silence for 20 hours:

For my own journey: Reflecting on my previous mental health struggles and honoring how far I have come.
For my patients: Building deeper empathy and understanding to better support those in my care.
For the community: Knowing that far too many people do not have access to the mental health support they need and deserve.

On September 5th, I will spend 20 hours confined to a small square with no phone, no books, and no talking. It will be a massive mental challenge, but nothing compared to fighting mental illness alone.

All funds raised go directly to 20Talk to provide free, preventative mental health training for young adults. Any donation, big or small, makes a real difference. Thank you!
