Sitting in silence for mental health
Hi everyone,
I’m taking on a personal challenge soon: sitting in complete silence for 20 hours to raise funds for mental health training and education.
I’m usually always on the go—so sitting still and being silent is definitely outside my comfort zone. But that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
Mental health is something I care deeply about. I’ve been impacted by it personally, and I know many others who have too. I believe that more education and better training can make a real difference in people’s lives.
This challenge is a small way for me to give back and shine a light on something that affects so many of us. If you’d like to support the cause, any donation—big or small—would mean a lot.
