20 Hours, One Square, One Purpose: Supporting Mental Health and Our Youth 💙
I will be taking part in the 20 Hours for 20 Talks Challenge to raise awareness for mental health and raise vital funds to support our youth.
Mental health is something that has touched my life, and I know all too well how it can affect not only the individual but also their family, friends, and community.
For 20 hours, I will sit in a square with no phone, no distractions, and nothing but a chair, a pen, a notepad, and my thoughts. Alongside 399 others, I will be challenging myself while supporting an important cause.
These 20 hours are about more than endurance. They are about raising awareness, starting conversations, breaking the stigma around mental health, and helping ensure young people have access to the support they need.
