In September ill be taking on the 20 hours Challenge for mental health.

Something i take very seriously, after someone who has tried to take myself away from this world a few times, found myself on suicide watch, being in a mental ward for 4 days, battled substance abuse.. I get it and I want to raise awareness for the people who are currently in a position I once was but to let them know, they're not alone.

Anything will help and all donations go to a good cause.
