20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
I want to take part in the 20 Hours for 20 Talk challenge because mental health is something that has had a significant impact on my life. I’ve experienced my own struggles, and I know how isolating and overwhelming those moments can feel.
This challenge is an opportunity for me to give back to a cause that supports people who may be facing similar battles. It’s also something deeply personal. Along the way, I hope to reconnect with the little child in me the part that’s curious, playful, and full of joy. Mental health challenges can make you lose touch with that side of yourself, and I want this experience to remind me that healing isn’t just about getting through difficult times; it’s also about rediscovering who you are.
By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness, support an important cause, and inspire others to know that they’re not alone. Every conversation about mental health matters, and I’m grateful to be part of something that encourages hope, connection, and healing.
