Raising vital funds for Youth Mental Health
Hey everyone!
I'm excited (and a little nervous!) to share that on 5th September 2026 I'm participating in 20Talk's 20Hours event. I'll be sitting in a 2x2 meter square for 20 hours in silence with nothing but my swag, a water bottle, a journal and a chair. There will be no technology and no talking.
As a part of this challenge, my goal is to raise $1,500 towards 20Talk's mission - empowering young adults aged 18-30 by integrating essential mental health tools and skills into their lives.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Over the years, I've faced my own battles with anxiety, depression, self-doubt and those heavy, dark moments where it felt like there was no way through. I know how isolating and lonely it can feel, and how hard it is to reach out when you're struggling.
But I also know how life-changing it can be when someone listens, when you have the right support, and when you learn the tools to help you through. 20Talk's programs can be that lifeline for so many young people who are right now, feeling the way I once did.
No one should have to face their struggles alone.
Every conversation, every bit of support, every practical tool can make a world of difference.
