Why I’m Taking on the 20Talk Challenge
This September, I’m taking on the 20Talk Challenge with the goal of raising $1,000 to help support youth mental health awareness and ensure more people can access the support they need.

Mental health affects so many of us—whether personally or through someone we love. It’s something that doesn’t always have visible signs, and too many people struggle in silence. No one should ever feel like they have to face those battles alone.
As someone who believes in looking out for others and starting important conversations, this challenge felt like the perfect opportunity to make a small difference that could have a big impact.
Over the next couple months, I’ll be raising funds to support 20Talk’s Mental Health Maintenance Program, a free course across WA universities and TAFEs.
