20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

I am living proof of the profound difference it can make for someone to feel safe and supported to speak up about their mental health reality. This fundraiser ticks all the boxes for me as someone inextricably tangled with the lived experience of depression and the tools needed for recovery. I acknowledge that not everyone who suffers, is within reach of the tools needed to get thru and too many extraordinary people have lost their battle because of it. I feel privileged to support these efforts to spread awareness to those who may confront this battle in their own life or the life of loved ones.
