My reason
I wish I'd accessed mental health help in my 20's when I really should have but we just didn't talk openly about these things back then. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety over a decade ago and it's an ongoing struggle. I've experienced a very public panic attack and most recently had to do all I could to fight one off outside of work on my first day in my new job.
