20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

Earlier in life I unfortunately lost a couple of mates to mental health, and its really stuck with me since. Having had my own mental health struggles and working in an industry that is also greatly affected by it. I wanted to take this opportunity to be apart of this event and raise money for a cause that effects so many.
