I am so excited and honoured to be apart of this journey.Being in 20 hours of silence for the youth mental health of Perth
I with other people will be in a 2x2 metre section for 20 hours with no technology and no talking. It won't be easy. I lot of reflecting but it's for the youth of Perth and their mental health. I take this opportunity with an open mind and spirit ✨️ We all battle with our mental health and it's important young people get the opportunity to get good access to mental health programs, doctors and education.
