This year I’ve decided to step outside my comfort zone and take on the 20Talk Challenge – and honestly, I couldn’t be more excited!As someone who has spent over a decade helping children and adults discover confidence through movement, mindfulness and creativity, this challenge feels like a natural next step in my own personal growth. It’s not just about giving 20 talks – it’s about sharing tools that empower others to believe in themselves.
I’ve chosen to pair this journey with fundraising because I truly believe mental health and resilience skills should be accessible to everyone, especially young people.
