My 20 hour Challenge
For 20 hours, it’s just me , a two-metre square, and my thoughts.
No talking. No technology. No distractions.
This challenge is about sitting with discomfort, noticing what arises, and building empathy for the mental space so many young people live in every day. It’s a reminder of how powerful connection is — and how important it is to support youth mental health before isolation becomes crisis. The challenge is designed to create awareness of what prolonged isolation and unfiltered thoughts can feel like and why early support, conversation and prevention in youth mental health matters so much. The challenge helps starts the conversation that protects young lives.
I’m taking on the 20-Hour Challenge for youth mental health.
