Hi!! My name's Jorja & I'm a future nurse, currently working as a support worker at Crosslinks.

To raise funds for people struggling with mental health, i'm challenging myself to sit in silence for 20 hours with no technology, no talking - and limited resources available to me.

Sooo... why am I doing this?

I've personally seen and experienced how mental health impacts a person's to day life - and I believe forfeiting 20 hours of my routine life to experience how a person struggling with mental health is shows a drive for awareness , and to show that I stand in support of everyone.

Statistics show that mental health rates have been decreasing, and that suicide rates have been increasing. So this is my push to raise awareness and to help normalise fighting for the mental health and wellbeing of EVERYONE.

All proceeds / funds raised will be going towards mental health.
